Kunal Raj Shah
Yoga & Meditation
Born and raised in Mumbai, Kunal studied Computers, worked as a photographer and filmmaker. At 24, he was naturally drawn to Vipassana meditation. Soon after the Vipassana course in Dharamshala, he started learning yoga from his teacher in Mumbai. And after 3 years of regular practice with his teacher and self study in subjects like Mudra meditation and Ayurvedic food guidelines, he decided to take up the Alliance certified Teacher training course in Hatha Yoga from Asana Andiappan school of Yoga, Chennai and continues learning from experienced teachers and books and wishes to share the benefits of these practices with as many people as possible.
